  1. What is a Ad manager?

    As the name implies an ad manager allows you to display advertising banners on your web site and tracks impressions ancd clicks.

  2. Is there a cost to use the Ad Manager?

    There is no cost to use the ad manager. All we ask is 20% of your banner inventory. For every ten banners you display we will display two of our own ad banners.

  3. How do I join the Ad Manager?

    If you have a member account with WebAdTools.net or eGuideTo.com then
    login with your user name and password. Add your web site if you haven't done so previously. Then upload your banner to our server. Finally place the html code on your web pages.

  4. What sites are accepatable?

    Sites displaying pornographic material are not allowed to participate in the WebAdTools.net banner exchange. Our web hosting provider does not allow pornographic material on their servers.

  5. How do I upload my banner?

    Login with your user name and password. Then click on the add banner button. In order to upload your banner you must be using a netscape browser 2.0+ or Internet Explorer 4.0+. You should be able to see a browse button beside the file name field. Click on the browse button and select the image file name located on your local drive. You may have to change the default extension to all files. Then click on the upload banner button. If everything works correctly your banner will be displayed to the screen. Your banner can be in gif or jpg format but no larger then 10k. All banners are reviewed and will be deleted if they do not meet these requirements.

  6. Can I place more then one banner on a page?

    You may place as many banners on a page as you like. If more then one banner is used on a page the page= variable must be changed to a unique value in your html code.
